Dear Pet Parents,

As we all continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation very closely, we wanted to inform you of the actions we are taking to keep our stores safe for our employees, for our customers, and for our communities:

  • Increasing the frequency of cleaning frequently touched surfaces including the cash counter, pin pads, door handles, etc.
  • Communicating proper handwashing practices with all staff.
  • Increasing accessibility of hand sanitizers for employees and customers.
  • We are suspending visits from outside sales reps
  • We are staying home if we feel unwell
  • All returns are suspended nationally until further notice in an effort to protect our team
  • Limiting the number of customers able to shop at one time
  • Practice safe social distancing while in store (minimum 6ft distance both while shopping throughout the store & while lined up at the checkout)
  • Contactless payment only, we are not accepting Cash at this time.
  • Stores may reduce operating hours, please visit our Store Finder for more information
  • Stores may offer curbside pick-up, please contact your local store directly using our Store Finder
  • If you are an AIR MILES Collector, you will be asked to flip over your card so our employees can scan the back.  If the back is not scan-able, you will be asked to read your Collector Number aloud for manual entry
  • Asking customers who are feeling ill to avoid physically coming to the store, please call and we will assist you
  • Limit visits to one family member at a time
  • Limiting the number of customers in-store at a time (this varies by location)

 

What you can do:

  • If you are feeling unwell, or have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19, or is suspected of having it, please refrain from coming into the store.
  • Practice safe social distancing while in store (minimum 6ft distance both while shopping throughout the store & while lined up at the checkout)
  • Contactless payment only, we are not accepting Cash at this time.

We are constantly monitoring the situation and adjusting protocol as recommended. At this time, we remain open, fully stocked, and committed to providing you the friendly, knowledgeable service you’ve come to expect.

Please note at this time some of our stores have set limited/temporary hours. We recommend checking your local stores’ updated hours using our Store Finder prior to visiting so as to avoid any unnecessary trips.
